Today I used some sunshine to make some muffins which equaled a cool house while baking. The recipe I used required only one bowl which equaled less dishes which equaled a happier me.
We recently bought a “sun oven” but it’s been rainy. Today was a nice day so I brought it out and made some muffins, and while they were baking I figured, “hey why not cook the chicken in there too?”. After the muffins finished, I put some chicken in and let the sun bake us some dinner. Both the chicken and the muffins were moist and delicious. I left the chicken to cook for about an hour and a half to two hours on low heat while I went to the store. It’s such an easy way to cook and so far I haven’t been disappointed!
